Dr. True's interests and research are immune monitoring in kidney transplant, glomerular disease in transplant, and polyoma virus nephropathy. She is involved in the management of acute and chronic kidney disease patients at the University of North Carolina Hospitals and the Carolina Dialysis Center in Sanford, NC.
