Dr. Fuller's interests and research are in kidney transplantation, especially the management of sensitized patients and the treatment of acute and chronic transplant rejection. He is also involved in the management of acute and chronic kidney disease patients at the University of North Carolina Hospitals and the Carolina Dialysis Center in Sanford, NC.
